£3500 to National Park for footpath repair, Grassguards, Lake District

As part of our ongoing support for footpaths repair, £3500 has been donated to repair a section of footpath on the Lakeland 100 route, close to Grassguards. We will also be installing a new wooden L100footbridge to replace the rotten one currently there.

The National Park have thanked us by agreeing to a small plaque, referring to the donation and the Lakeland 100.

Competition time, please email organiser@lakeland100.com with a quote which best sums up the event, 25 words maximum. You have until this Friday 20th March, the winner will have their quote and their name added, making you part of the history forever.
